These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Hongbet ("Hongbet", "we", "us", "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the Hongbet platform accessible at hongbet.cam, including all associated services, games, betting markets, account features, and promotional offers.

By creating a Hongbet account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or rules published on the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Hongbet platform and must not register an account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User to access and use the Hongbet platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the Hongbet website, any associated mobile-responsive interface, and all services, games, and betting markets accessible through those channels.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a User may withdraw funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of bets a User must place before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law or by Hongbet's licensing conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a User using accepted payment methods, excluding bonus credits.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary measure by which a User restricts their own access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bonus credit, bet settlement, or other movement of funds within or out of a User's Account.

To register and maintain an active Hongbet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Hongbet enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities — consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting platforms.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling or sports betting under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a resident of or currently located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction. Hongbet reserves the right to update its list of Prohibited Jurisdictions without prior notice.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or be subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion arrangement in connection with gambling services.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or immediate family member of any such person associated with Hongbet or any of its affiliated game studios or payment partners.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Hongbet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your account. This includes your legal name as it appears on your identification document, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number where applicable. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. Hongbet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.

4.3 Account Transfers

Accounts are personal to the registered holder and are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it. Any purported transfer of an account shall be null and void.

Hongbet is required by its licensing obligations and responsible gambling policies to verify the identity and age of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Verification may also be required at the time of account registration or at any point during your account's active status.

5.1 Documents Required

Standard KYC verification at Hongbet requires the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Residence: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days showing your name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie holding your identity document, or a selfie alongside a handwritten note with the date and "Hongbet" as instructed by our verification team.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, confirmation that the payment method used for deposit belongs to the account holder (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet profile matching your registered name).

5.2 Processing Time

Hongbet aims to complete standard KYC verification within 10 to 60 minutes during operational hours. Complex cases may take up to 3 business days. Withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state until verification is completed.

5.3 Consequences of Failed Verification

If Hongbet is unable to satisfactorily verify your identity, it reserves the right to restrict account functionality, prevent withdrawals, or close the account entirely. Where an account is closed due to failed verification, real-money deposits (less any applicable bonus credits already used) will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Hongbet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, DuitNow QR, FPX Online Banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and other participating institutions), as well as cryptocurrency channels including USDT TRC20 and BTC. All transactions are denominated in MYR unless the selected method is crypto-based.

6.2 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method as published in the platform cashier. The general minimum deposit is RM50.
• Hongbet does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. Network fees applicable to cryptocurrency deposits are the responsibility of the depositing party.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a valid Hongbet account will be automatically reversed to the originating payment method.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or an equivalent method held in the account holder's verified name.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Incomplete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held until documentation is provided and approved.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being fulfilled in full prior to processing.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the platform cashier. Hongbet reserves the right to apply processing windows for large withdrawal amounts, which will be communicated individually.

6.4 Withdrawal Speed Targets

Hongbet targets the following processing windows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) under 5 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by payment network conditions outside Hongbet's control.

Hongbet offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, referral bonuses, and VIP tier rewards. All such offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Unless otherwise stated, each promotional offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details. A wagering requirement of 20x on a RM100 bonus means RM2,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal.
• Bets placed on certain game types (as specified per promotion) may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, towards wagering requirements.
• Hongbet reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it reasonably suspects that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting promotional mechanics in bad faith.
• Bonus offers are time-limited unless otherwise stated. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses may expire and be removed from the account automatically.

7.2 VIP Programme

Hongbet operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme with six levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond. Tier qualification is based on monthly real-money turnover thresholds as published on the platform. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, birthday bonuses, withdrawal priority, and account manager access — are subject to Hongbet's separate VIP Programme Terms, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All bets and wagers placed through the Hongbet platform are subject to the specific game rules published for each product, as well as the general provisions of this clause. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, game-specific rules shall prevail for matters of game outcome and settlement, while these Terms shall prevail for matters of account conduct and payment processing.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is only deemed accepted when the platform has confirmed the bet and issued a transaction reference number. Hongbet reserves the right to refuse or void any bet where: the relevant market has been suspended or closed at the time of placement; a system or pricing error has occurred; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.

8.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, UFC, and all other covered sports, are governed by Hongbet's Sports Betting Rules published on the platform. In-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change; bets accepted during in-play are binding once confirmed by the platform regardless of subsequent price changes.

8.3 Casino Games

All casino games — including live dealer titles such as Baccarat, Dragon Tiger, Blackjack, Sic Bo, and Roulette, as well as slots, crash games, and instant win products — use certified RNG or live-streamed real-world mechanics. RTP figures are published where available. Malfunctions or disconnections during a game round may result in the round being voided and stakes returned, subject to the relevant game rules.

8.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, pricing error, or system fault that results in an incorrect outcome or payout, Hongbet reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and return stakes to the original account balance. Winnings generated as a result of an obvious error will not be honoured.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Hongbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may result in legal action where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using a third party's identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any account verification process.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity, proceeds of crime, or any other unlawful source.
• Using payment methods not belonging to the registered account holder for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim bonuses, hedging bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any other mechanism to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in the platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that Hongbet, at its reasonable discretion, determines to constitute match-fixing, insider betting, or any other form of sports fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Hongbet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction, whether directly or via a VPN or proxy.

All content on the Hongbet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of Hongbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform without the prior written consent of Hongbet.

The Hongbet name, logo, and all associated brand marks are proprietary to Hongbet. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Hongbet brand or any associated marks for any purpose without express written authorisation.

Hongbet is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

11.1 Player-Initiated Controls

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Hongbet account holders and can be activated through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss you may sustain within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusions of 6 months or longer are treated as permanent by default. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion will not be processed within the original exclusion period.

11.2 Our Obligations

Hongbet actively monitors player behaviour for indicators of problem gambling, including escalating deposit frequency, repeated large deposits after losses, and frequent requests for limit removal. Where such indicators are identified, Hongbet may proactively contact the player and, where necessary, impose restrictions on the account.

Hongbet will not offer bonuses or promotional materials to players who are subject to a self-exclusion arrangement or have been flagged through our responsible gambling monitoring processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hongbet, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or winnings resulting from service interruptions, technical faults, or system downtime;
• Loss of data, account information, or transaction records resulting from technical errors or unauthorised access;
• Any decisions made in reliance on information provided on the platform, including odds, game rules, or promotional content;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or banking institutions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Hongbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Hongbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no digital platform can guarantee absolute protection against all threats.

Your use of the Hongbet platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Hongbet collects and processes your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving platform services. Hongbet does not sell personal data to third parties. Data retention, your rights as a data subject, and our full data processing practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Hongbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Hongbet will provide reasonable notice by publishing a notice on the platform or sending a notification to the email address registered to your account prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with the process described in Section 4.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is stated at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Hongbet's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved informally through Hongbet's customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Hongbet's licensing jurisdiction.
